????????????? "shoed in the illustrashun" ?????????

area16 sq inch & leng av 3 sides=18

me assume side vyu will be a rektangel

1...leng+2*wide=18....or leng=18-2*wide

2...leng*wide=16

(18-2*wide)*wide=16

-2 wide^2 +18wide-16=0

or wide^2 -9wide+16=0

quadratik equashun giv roots=6.5615528 or 2.4384472

wide=6.5615528 & hite=2.4384472
