the perpendicular line will have slope(m) that is reciprocal and opposite to the slope (M) of line 4x+9y=4.

y= -4/9x + 4

M= -4/9

y-intercept of 9x+5y=5 is 1. (y=-9/5x + 1)

So, the answer is: y=2.25x+1
