me assume yer triangel hav base=23 & 1 other side=13, with angel tween=63 deg

Then, hite=13* sine(63 deg)=13*0.891006524

hite=11.58308481

Area=(1/2)base*hite=(1/2)*23*11.58308481=133.2054754

side3=20.65221

alfa=30.23928 deg

gamma=86.76072 deg
