line 2...3x-2y=-1, or 2y=3x+1...y=1.5x+0.5

line1...8x -3*(1.5x+0.5)=38

8x -4.5x -1.5=38

3.5x=38+1.5=39.5

x=39.5/3.5

x=11.14285714285714...

y=1.5x+0.5=16.714285714+0.5

=17.21428572428571...
