5x +35-11 = 8x -6*(-x+2)

5x+24 =8x -6*(-x+2)

5x-8x=-24 -6*(-x+2)

-3x=6x -12 -24

-3x=6x-36

-9x=-36

9x=36

x=36/9

x=4
