A population has increased by 4.5 per cent to 203,775. What was the original population?

The answer i get for this is: 195,000 but in a study manual i am using it says the answer is: 190, 000 but i cant work out how they got that? im hoping its just an error!

It is 195000 (approx). So you're right. Don't worry, guides aren't always right.
