3x + 9 <= 6

3x + 9 - 6 <= 0

3x + 3 <= 0

m = slope is 3 an increasing value

y-intercept is 3 or (0,3) on the y axis

start at (0,3) on  the y-axis and go up 3 and over to the right 1

draw line through the 2 points
