i practice a lap around route once every day for 4 days

each day my time is 4 minutes faster than previous day. total of 10 hours training over 4 days. Determine my lap time on last day. Answer in minutes

or PRIOR dae

x+(x-4)+(x-8)+(x-12)=10 ours=600 minuts

4x -24=600

4x=600+24=624

x=624/4=156

last dae...x-12=156-12=144 minuts

=2.4 ours
