69.08 = 2rp   (p = 3.14)

r = 69.08/2p

r = 34.54/p

D = 2r =2 * 34.54/p = 69.08/p

Circumference of 69.08 divided this by 3.142 = 21.98599618

On the calculator type in 69.08 ÷ 3.142 =  21.98599618

Diameter is  21.98599618

To workout the Radius just divided diameter by 2

 21.98599618 divided by 2

= 10.99299809

21.98599618  ÷ 2 = 10.99299809

You will need to round up

You can doublecheck your calculations

3.142 x 21.98599618 = 69.08

10.99299809 x 2 =  21.98599618

3.142 x 21.98599618 = 69.08

Here is another example,

Think of a water pipe
Diameter 50 mm
3.142 x 50 =  157.1 mm

Circumference is 157.1 mm in lenght.
157.1 mm   ÷  3.142 = 50 mm

Diameter  ÷   Radius
50 mm  ÷  2  = 25 mm
