(6c/11) + (9/2) = 3

LCD = 22 = 2 * 11

[2(6c)]/ 22 + (9*11)/22 = (3* 22)/22

12c/22 + 99/22 = 66/22

12c/22 = -33/22 subtract 99/22 from both sides

12c = -33 multiply by 22 to get rid of the denominator

c = -33/12  divide by 12 on both sides

c = -2 9/12 = -2 3/4
