First you need to FOIL the right side of the equation. Which is First Inner Outer Last. Multiply the first number in the parenthesis together, the inner numbers the outer numbers and the last numbers to reach 9x^2-4. Then get everthing to one side and your left with 9x^2-4x and take out any common factors and you are left with x(9x-4). Hope this helped
