What is the area of the bigger triangle?
the smaller triangle has an area of 315 inches squared.  the similar triangle has sides one and one third times bigger than the other triangle.

a = 1/2(bh) = 315 sq in
A = 1/2(4/3 b)(4/3 h)
A = (4/3)(4/3)(1/2(bh)
A = (4/3)(4/3)a
A = (16/9) * 315
A = 16 * 35
A = 560 sq in
