I came up with this answer and I know it is not right. 1/7 is the rational zero but when you factor out the problem I came up with this 7(x^2+x)(x-1/7) this does not make sense.

factor 7x^3+6x^2+6x-1 (x -1/7)(7x^2 -7x -7) 7(x-1/7)(x2 -x -1); using synthtetic division 1/7 | 7 6 6 -1 |___1__1_1_____ 7 7 7 0
