if yu make 4-sided thang & then draw diagonal, yu hav 2 triangels . . . . Diagonal=kommon side tween 2 triangels . . . gotta chek that NE 2 sides > other side . . . so yu kant hav 90 & 134 tugether in 1 triangel.... 90+134=224 < 275...nonlegal . . . 1 legal konfig is 284+90 for 1 triangel & 247+134 for other . . . triangel with sides=90, 275, 284...area=12351.19235 . . . triangel with sides=134, 247, 275...area=16527.9211

You should have specified which two sides the diagonal is covering. Anyhow if it is the third side of 134 and 247 then the area is :

s1 =[(134+247+275) / 2] = 328

A1 = Sq.root of [328 x ( 328 - 134) x ( 328 - 247) x ( 328 - 275 ) ] = 16528

s2 = (90+284+275)/2 = 324.5

A2 = Sq.root of [ 324.5 (324.5 - 90) ( 324.5 - 284 ) ( 324.5 - 275 ) ] = 12351

Total area = A1+A2 = 16528+12351 = 28879 sft.
