0 -6
4 0

First plug in 0 for x and solve for y

3x-2y=12

3*0-2y=12

3 times 0 is 0

-2y=12

divide by -2

y=-6

Repeat this by plugging 0 in for y and solving for x

3x-2y=12

3x-2*0=12

0 times -2 is 0

3x=12

divide by 3

x=4
