How do you do these types of problems?

Perform the multiplication on the left side.

(x/5) * (3/10) = 3/25
3x/50 = 3/25

Multiply both sides by 50.

(3x/50) * 50 = (3/25) * 50
3x = 3 * 2
3x = 6

Divide both sides by 3.

3x / 3 = 6 / 3
x = 2
