33x^2=-11x

33x^2 = -11x
33x^2 + 11x = 0
x^2 + 1/3x = 0

Completing the square steps.
1/2 * 1/3 = 1/6
Add (1/6)^2

x^2 + 1/3x + (1/6)^2 = (1/6)^2

Factor the left side.

(x + 1/6)(x + 1/6) = (1/6)^2

Take the square root of both sides.

x + 1/6 = ± 1/6

x + 1/6 = 1/6       and    x + 1/6 = -1/6
x = 1/6 - 1/6                  x = -1/6 - 1/6
x = 0                             x = -2/6
x = 0                    and   x = -1/3
