          3x2  +2x+11/3 (quotient)

3x-4 ) 9x3   -6x2+3x -8

          9x3-12x2 (subtract)

                   6x2+3x

                   6x2-8x (subtract)

                         11x-8

                         11x-44/3 (subtract)

                                 20/3 remainder
