135,000=70% av x =0.7x

x=135,000 /0.7

x=192,857.1429

or 192, 857
by
/ = fraction

 

135,000/x = 70%/100

means extremes (cross multiply)

135,000 * 100 = 13500000

70 * x = 70x

Divide each side by 70% (/=divide)

70x/70 = x

13500000/70 = 192, 857
