The answer is simple . 27 hundreds is basically 2, 700.16 tens is 160.2 one equals one.Now for the decimals , 6 tenths equals 0.6 or 60/100 . Lastly, 9 hundreths equal - sorry.something glitched,I ccan't type numbers.the answer is two thousand, eight hundred sixty-one, point sixty one.oh good,I can type numbers again .
