On substitutinf the value of y from eqn(1) in eqn (2),
We get,
4x -1 =3x+6
4x - 3x= 6+1
x = 7
On obtaining the value of x , the value of y can be calculated and it will be ,
y = 4 x 7 - 1
y= 27
