I can only give you my guess at what your question is all about.
So we have the point (-3,2) I think. Its reflection in the y-axis changes the x coordinate and the point has the reflection (3,2) because -3 is 3 units to the left of the origin so 3 is 3 units to the right of the origin, while the y coordinate is not changed.
The reflection in the x-axis changes the y coordinate but leaves the x coordinate unchanged. So y changes from 2 units above the x-axis to 2 units below. The reflection is (-3,-2).
There are other ways to work on (-3,2). You can shift it up or down or to the left or right.
For example, if we move it to the right 3 units it becomes (-3+3,2)=(0,2). If we move it down three units it becomes (-3,2-3)=(-3,-1). If we do both it becomes (0,-1).
