Call the points in order A, B, C.
There are 6 grid distance vectors:
AB, BA, AC, CA, BC, CB, where AB means from A to B, and BA means from B to A, etc.
AB=(4-4,3-10)=(0,-7), BA=(4-4,10-3)=(0,7)
AC=(2-4,3-10)=(-2,-7), CA=(4-2,10-3)=(2,7)
BC=(2-4,3-3)=(-2,0), CB=(4-2,3-3)=(2,0)
The scalar distances are the square roots of the sums of the squares of the grid distances, so obviously there will only be three of these: 7, √53, 2.
