Let p be the cost per gallon of premium and r that of regular.

p=r+0.30.

14r+10p=46.68

14r+10(r+0.30)=46.68

14r+10r+3=46.68

24r=43.68 so r=$1.82 and p=1.82+0.30=$2.12.
