y=-2x/3+b. Plug in (2,4): 4=-4/3+b, so b=4+4/3=16/3 and y=16/3-2x/3 or 3y=16-2x or 3y+2x=16.

slope=-2/3 & go thru point=(2,4)

equashun: y=slope*x+konstant

y=(-2/3)*2+konstant=4

(-4/3)+konstant=4

konstant=4+(4/3)=(12/3)+(4/3)=16/3

y=(-2/3)x+(16/3)
